APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES

With the recent Covid-19

outbreak extra steps for infection control in the treatment room is essential for both the esthetician & client's well being.

We are now asking clients to

text upon arrival (408) 440-9710 for their scheduled appointment

​

✔ We are asking clients to wait outside or in their vehicle for a reply to enter the building in order to comply with social distancing requirements as our space size is limited, therefore, additional guests will not be permitted & must wait outside. 

✔ Clients will be required to wear a face mask to their appointment & use hand sanitizer upon entering the office.

✔ Please leave all unnecessary personal items in your vehicle or home to limit exposure as we must clean all areas touched. Please only carry the necessary items with you into the treatment room such as: (keys/purse/jacket)

✔ All clients are required to complete health forms and registration online prior to their appointment time.

✔ We ask that you take the necessary precautions of practicing healthy & safety standards by washing your hands and practicing social distancing to slow the spread of Covid-19 as we take the necessary precautions for your health in providing services.

• Fever, Diarrhea

• Headaches, Body Aches

• Sore Throat, Cough

• Shortness of breath

• Cold, Fatigue

• Recent loss of taste or smell

• Had recent exposure to a confirmed Covid-19 patient

• Travelled to other states, counties or countries in the last 14 days or have noT completed 14 days of quarantine since your return from travel

• Not practiced personal safety during quarantine

• Experiencing any symptoms
