Cancellation Policy
A 24 hr. notice prior to scheduled appointment time is required. Although we do understand that emergencies occur, therefore, last minute/ less than 24 hr notice cancellations will require clients to pre-pay for their rescheduled appointment & will be charged a cancellation fee of $50. Permanent makeup policy requires a $100 deposit to secure appointment. Late clients over 10 mins requires a courtesy call to notify service provider of the delay and based on service type & time allotted, a determination will be made to either reschedule or proceed with services which will cut into clients service time. No show, no call clients will forfeit deposits/ prepaid payments and may not be allowed to continue as a client. Our preferred payment methods Cash, Venmo & Cashap, to avoid processing fees with credit cards/ debit cards.
